The foundation of all activities of the LVC company is to monitor current events and the development of IFRSs. The aim of this section is to inform you continuously about events in the area of international accounting (IFRS, respectively U.S. GAAP in the context of mutual convergence with IFRS), in particular information indicating the publication of new rules and their efficiency, information from the background of the creation of new rules, etc. Most often new events will be announced and a link to more information on another domestic or foreign server will be provided.

IASB zpracovala a zveřejnila analýzu dopadu nových konsolidačních standardů s označením IFRS 10, IFRS 11 a IFRS 12, které vydala v květnu 2011 a které mají účinnost od 1.1.2013. Analýza objasňuje nový přístup, důvody vydání nových pravidel a očekávání IASB (více zde). Pravidla na straně podniků mohou vést nové uskupení konsolidačních skupin a počátek konsolidace jednotek, které byly doposud mimo skupinu. |
